Our team handles full service wedding planning assistance, vendor communication, design styling, timeline management, website and invite assistance, 12 hours on site wedding day prep/coordination, rehearsal walkthrough, candid behind the scenes wedding day content captured and delivered within 48 hours.

"Month of" Coordination

Investment: $2500

This package is perfect for couples who want to do most of the planning themselves, but need guidance the last 30 days prior to the wedding and on day-of to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will help put all of the moving pieces into place, contact and manage the vendors.​

Package inclusions:

3 virtual meetings and unlimited phone/email correspondence. 

Detailed day-of timeline (30-60 days prior) and custom day-of itineraries for the couple, family, and wedding party.

This package is perfect for couples looking for someone to capture hundreds of raw photos and videos of intimate, memorable moments behind the scenes of your wedding day. Packages offered in 4 and 8 hour increments; pre-wedding events, custom events and additional hourly coverage upon request.

A custom link with access to hundreds of raw photos & videos

This package is perfect for couples who want a completely DIY planning process but are looking for a professional to create a customized timeline and ensure everything runs smoothly day-of. Over looking Set-up/prep and tear down. Our Day of package is allotted 12 hours.

The Seamless Day package combines our "Day of Coordination" package with our 8 hour Wedding Content Creation package.

Inclusive of 12 preparation/ coordination hours, timeline creation and management. direction of the ceremony processional and recessional, day of vendor management, full event oversight and management day of, candid behind the scenes wedding day content captured and delivered within 48 hours.

Forever Captured

Investment: $2500

This package is perfect for couples that are looking for a video-focused content filled wedding day. 

Forever Captured is a wedding day experience designed to preserve your celebration through candid, behind the scenes storytelling. With two dedicated content shooters and extended coverage, this offering captures real moments just as they unfold giving you modern keepsakes for social sharing.

Coverage includes 10 hours of content creation across iPhone and G7x (video) coverage. Flexibility to allocate 2 hours towards rehearsal dinner.

Deliverables inclusive of 1 minute iPhone recap, 2 minute G7x recap, 3 short edited videos, all raw content and edited content delivered in 7 days.

Please note this offer is content focused behind the scenes and does not replace professional videography in any way. Out of respect for all vendors a release will be required if a professional videographer is present.
